There are all sorts of reasons to wait 6 months to really, truly and thoroughly decide if you should get that tattoo you were thinking of. I’m not someone who has really ever had to institute such diligent consideration. Not because I’m covered with permanent paint, but because I never broke the ice with any tattoos at all. But many people have suffered from the impulse of a moment that brands them with an icon somewhere on their body that they can’t easily or affordably remove. And while I never thought about this, that inevitably means there are a LOT of people out there with Kanye West tattoos! So what are they to do now? For those itching to get his visage eviscerated from their skin, a tattoo studio in London is offering to remove them for FREE!

The tattoo studio is called NAAMA studios. I had no idea, but last month they posted on Instagram that they would remove anyone’s Kanye West tattoo at no charge at all. Their post included picture of a man folding his arms displaying a tattoo that says, “Bye.” They followed up later with yet another post of a video of a (former) Kanye West fan getting his tattoo portrait of the crazy anti-Semite rapper removed from their arm with the caption, “Yeezy come, Yeezy go….” Now that deserves an lol if anything does!

And hey, I can sympathize. I’ve had friends get tattoos removed, long enough ago that I was astounded how much it cost and how much it hurt to get it done. But I must say, if I had a Kanye West tattoo, I’d fork over the money to fly to London and the NAAMA studio in a heartbeat to get that appallingly negative branding off my body. NAAMA also added in their caption the following missive, “When you have a tattoo inspired by someone you admire and they end up making headlines for all the wrong reasons… at NAAMA we offer an empowering, empathetic, high-tech tattoo clearing experience. If you want a change, we’re here to help.”
Doesn’t that almost sound like a service helping people with addiction?
