Report Finds Obvious: Brian Kemp Made Up Dem Hacking Claim

REPORT: GEORGIA’S GOVERNOR-ELECT KEMP STOLE THE ELECTION

Ok, you may know all about this already.  But then again, you may not.  This is about the state of Georgia.  And Georgia’s state is not in a great state.  The Republican candidate and “winner” was and is Brian Kemp. But Kemp was also the Georgia secretary of state.  So that means he ran the election he… ran in.  So yes, there were a lot of issues with the race.  But even more with the outcome.  But the most sinister and stupid was just two days before the election. And now the Atlanta Journal Constitution is confirming the obvious in its report: Brian Kemp simply made up the story that democrats tried to hack Georgia’s voter registration system.

NEW ROPORT CONFIRMS THE OBVIOUS, KEMP MADE UP DEM HACKING CLAIM

So let’s rewind just a little bit.  This election was CLOSE.  But Republicans didn’t seem to think it should be.  That went double and triple forKemp.  He clearly thought that the governorship already belonged to him.  So there are a lot of questions about how he ran the election. If it’s in the Republican playbook to steal an election, Kemp was all for it.  But with two days to go before election day, one voter logged into the “My Voter Page” system to confirm his registration.  While there, he found two major security issues.  One allowedANYONE to download ANY file on the system. The other let anyone access all voter information on ANYONE else.  So this good citizen notified a good governance group and the voter-protection hotline at Georgia’s Democratic Headquarters.

NO EVIDENCE, NO REAL INVESTIGATION, JUST ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE

So that’s how Georgia democrats notified the state there was a security issue.  So what did Brian Kemp do?  He announces that democrats tried and failed to hack the election system as part of a grand effort to steal the election from republicans (him, really).  He offered no evidence for his claim.  But that’s because there wasn’t any.  He screwed up and didn’t do his job.  So he blamed democrats and called them criminals right before most people went to vote.  He also didn’t notify the Georgia’s Election Board.  Hmmmm.  Kemp supposedly investigated his claims.  But when the Journal asked for documentation, his office claimed attorney-client privilege.

Kemp “won” the election with 50.2% of the vote.  So this report is just salt in the wound.
