UK MAN REALLY WATED WIFE DEAD, GAS LEAK AND PARACHUTE SABOTAGE
Well, this isn’t your usual crime story. Actually, it’s the kind of thig that’s a story line on TV shows, over and over again. It’s not murder on a train, no. It’s murder with a parachute. But this time the story is real and it’s pretty disturbing. A court just found a British Army sergeant, Emile Cilliers, guilty of attempted murder. Emile tampered with his wife’s parachute just before a skydive attempt. But just like on TV, what happened is not what anyone would have expected. The UK man removed the slinks that connect the canopy to the harness. But his sabotage hijinks didn’t work as expected.

SOMEHOW, WIFE SURVIVES 1,200 METER FALL WITH NO PARACHUTE
Emile set the whole scenario up. He organized a parachute outing for his wife, Victoria, who was also an experienced jumper. But this was a special jump as Victoria had just given birth to the couple’s second child. However, this special jump was Emile attempting to murder his wife and the mother of his children. But despite his planning and sabotage, Victoria somehow survived the 1,200 meter fall and landing on the ground. It was a miracle. But she suffered major injuries like broken ribs, a broken pelvis and broken vertebrae.

UK MAN UPPED LIFE INSURANCE BEFORE TRYING TO OFF WIFE, FIX DEBT AND HAVE ANOTHER WOMAN
Detectives figured out that the story is an old one. Emile had been having affairs with several other women and had planned to start a new life with one of them. But even more, the UK man had just increased his life insurance policy before trying to kill his wife. He had planned on using his wife’s death payout to cover large debts that were all his. But Emile did his best to deflect the suspicion. He said maybe it was some random killer who tampered with her parachute. He also said that she was suicidal and maybe did it herself. But a jury unanimously voted to convict him on two counts of murder. Two counts, you ask?
It seems that the jury also heard at the trial how Emile had tried to kill Victoria just a week before by loosening a gas fitting at their home. Goodbye, Emile! You for one didn’t have far to fall.
