I remember the good old days, when all things Nazi were essentially, um, verboten for almost all people. Then there were the days of skinheads, with their different colored boot laces- one of which meant that they were Neo-Nazi skinheads. But these days, we have these most likely not even Aryan idiots acting as members of groups in more countries than I can count, including the United States. It’s not even too surprising to hear about them in the news anymore (shrug). But they’re here, they’re there, and they’re definitely in Florida, with the most recent news of one getting jailed. But what is surprising this time is what he was jailed for: littering!

I can’t help but think about Al Capone getting sent up the river for tax evasion. But yes, a Neo-Nazi in Florida got himself in legal hot water for littering on people’s lawns. And to make matters even more ridiculous, this tool wasn’t spewing literal garbage. But he was placing leaflets filled with Neo-Nazi content garbage on people’s lawns. And wouldn’t you know it, it ain’t a tax violation. But it is multiple counts of public littering. I bet the local prosecutor wasn’t even the slightest bit embarrassed to pursue the charges and get a conviction.

LITTERING PROPAGANDA OF ANY KIND IS STILL A LITTERING OFFENSE, AS NEO-NAZI LEARNS

Sure the First Amendment offers wide protections for Free Speech. And this Neo-Nazi tool, Jon Minadeo II, and founder of the “Goyim Defense League,” could have simply stood on a corner with signs offering his opinions and would have stayed out of trouble. Well, maybe not out of ridicule. But this clearly anti-Jewish (maybe) white man just had to spread the bad, evil word on leaflets on people’s property. And these leaflets could even have been about anything else at all and the charges still would have applied. And so it is that this Florida Neo-Nazi is off to jail for 30 days. For littering.
