According to allegations in the appeals brief filed in the New York federal court, Chris Brummer and his rubber stamp FINRA NAC (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, National Adjudicatory Council) were exposed as fraudsters and racists, charged with rigging a FINRA NAC hearing panel, fabricating evidence and violently “lynching” two black men’s 20-year pristine reputation.

On the internet, Chris Brummer is a complex fella with a highly controversial, notorious profile. An artist of abhorrent self-promotion that borders psychiatric madness, Chris Brummer is a shameless empty suit, a promoter who fakes it till he makes it.
For years, Chris Brummer has been the front man for criminal Michael Milken, dubbed the “king of junk bond.”

In 2015, criminal Michael Milken channeled money to the DNC and bought Brummer a CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) nomination. CFTC is a government entity that regulates the multi-trillion-dollar commodity markets, whose actions directly impact the lives of farmers across the globe. But Brummer has zero background in agriculture or commodity – Brummer’s only admitted background in agriculture was the fact that he was brought up on a chick farm in Arkansas.
Michael Milken’s true intention about Chris Brummer was soon under investigation by the U.S. Senate. Since Milken is barred for life by the Securities and Exchange Commission for committing massive securities frauds, Brummer took a bribe from Milken to address up as a “Senior Milken Fellow,” whose primary job was in fact coloring Milken’s notoriety as his red lipstick on a pig.
During Brummer’s CFTC failed confirmation hearing, Brummer attributed his “extensive experience” in agriculture to his upbringing roaming over the Arkansas mountains watching wild animals having sex.
“Chris Brummer has such a horrific credit history. He is a risk to national security,” senior staffers on Capitol Hill told sources. Thanks to oppositions in the Senate, the American farmers dodged a serious threat from Brummer. Brummer’s CFTC fantasy never materialized. The unqualified Dr. Bratwurst was then dumped by president Trump in March 2017, turning Brummer into the world’s laughing stock. Chris Brummer, the FINRA NAC ‘Uncle Tom’ fabricated evidence
In 2014, Chris Brummer was handpicked by FINRA general counsel Robert Colby as the only black man on a FINRA NAC panel, knowing that Brummer had ever worked a day in finance or financial regulation, and the man wasn’t qualified for the job. But Brummer knows how to kneel before FINRA’s money, a FINRA prerequisite.
“FINRA NAC is a group of old farts with low intellect, too impotent to drop their pants, but feel like member of the Continental Congress that founded America,” said Bill Singer, an attorney with a history of exposing FINRA frauds. “FINRA NAC is a rigged mouse trap for the blacks.”
Direct by FINRA general counsel Robert Colby, Alan Lawhead and Michael Garawski, two black men’s lives were violently raped by Brummer and FINRA NAC in their “Black Lives Don’t Matter” kangaroo court.

While Chris Brummer stuffed his pockets with FINRA’s money and zealously chaired a FINRA NAC hearing panel as a FINRA “Uncle Tom,” the “independent” FINRA NAC was rigged from the start. The two accused black men had no chance of surviving a FINRA gas chamber.
The FINRA NAC hearing process is completely rigged: FINRA NAC ruling was authored by the FINRA general counsel’s office – the same entity that had appointed Brummer to a NAC position while it concurrently supervises the same litigation staff against the two black brokers.
FINRA NAC and FINRA general counsel’s office are the same judge, the jury, the court, the law, the prosecutor, the executioner that lynched the same black men – all in one.
FINRA NAC is rigged against the minorities. At the top of the food chain is the moronic Chris Brummer.

- FINRA NAC members are handpicked by FINRA’s general counsel Robert Colby. Many have no industry experience. (Would a slave kneel before a master?)
- FINRA NAC members (“the jury”) are handpicked by FINRA general counsel Robert L.d. Colby for a specific case, who also picks FINRA enforcement staff (“the prosecutor”) to litigate the same case. Both report directly to Robert Colby. (The judge and the jury are picked by the same person? Say rigged?)
- FINRA NAC members are mostly unqualified folks with zero experience in the financial industry (For example, FINRA NAC member Georgetown nutty professor Chris Brummer, known as “Dr. Bratwurst” has a degree in “Germanic Studies!”- grilling Bratwurst sausages and drinking beer.)
- FINRA NAC is a cover for FINRA racism, fraud and outright regulatory abuses.
“My life was ruined by FINRA and FINRA NAC,” said African American broker TALMAN HARRIS. “FINRA trumped up charges against me, destroyed my family only because I am black! I have exposed FINRA and FINRA NAC fraud in a lawsuit filed in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.”
