Magic Mushrooms Drugs Will Help Depression With No Trip

NEW HELSINKI UNIVERSITY STUDY MADE MAGIC MUSHROOM DRUGS TO TREAT DEPRESSION, NO TRIP

At last!  If you follow developing events about legalized drugs, you may already know about magic mushrooms and how they could help treat people with depression.  Most people are well aware of various US states and the different degrees that marijuana has been legalized.  Some still not at all, some medical only, and others are trying to be free and clear.  But marijuana, like magic mushrooms and other drugs, have finally been made available to researchers to explore their various possible benefits.  For decades, this hasn’t been allowed at all.  But now that it is, psychedelic magic mushrooms are now closer than ever to being legitimate drugs to treat depression.  And with no trip!

NO TRIP MEANS NO HALLUCINATIONS, SO ANY AND EVERYONE COULD COMFORTABLY USE THESE

For the squares out there (and by squares I don’t mean sugar cubes), a trip is what it’s called when you take hallucinogens and have various degrees of hallucinations or altered sensory experiences.  In other words, if you take magic mushrooms, you might just have a conversation with that glowing frog in the corner that isn’t there.  That’s a trip.  And having a trip isn’t rally the best way for everyone to try to treat their depression.  But if you can take a pill, it’s a lot easier to swallow if it simply makes you feel better (emotionally and otherwise).  And a recent study shows that we are getting a lot closer to just such a prescription pill.

HENSINKI UNIVERSITY STUDY VERY CAREFUL TO SLOW ROLL NEXT STEPS WITH MAGIC MUSHROOM NO TRIP DRUGS

The study conducted at the University of Helsinki found that their approaches with just such a drug was effective in the lab with animal tests.  The team who conducted the study says we won’t even be able to conduct human trials in the next 5 years.  But I’m skeptical that this will be true.  Big Pharma doesn’t exactly want any competition with their insanely expensive and exclusive products to treat depression.  So if I announced a positive study on magic mushroom depression pills, I’d try to sound as non-threatening as possible.  Otherwise, they’ll find that Big Pharma will pave their road with legal landmines.

I’d guess others are doing similar work and are keeping mum.  But I expect we’ll see more news, and soon.
