Forget the seven deadly sins, here are seven sexual fetishes that are way worse — and may bring you one step closer to the grave as they give you pleasure.

Forget gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride. Of the seven deadly sins, none are quite as tantalizing as lust. In this day and age, for us secular folks, lust is far from sinful. Lust is just natural to the human condition.

However, certain people lust after more than just a romp in the sack. Sometimes they lust after things normal individuals wouldn’t even consider sexual.

Everyone has their kinks. Some people are into feet, some are into leather, and following the “Fifty Shades of Grey” craze, lots of bored housewives have suddenly realized that they are into being spanked, whipped and saying, “Yes, daddy, may I have another?” This is relatively tame.

Let’s go a bit deeper — and weirder. Some people are really into stuffed animals (that is called ursusagalmatophilia, or plushophilia). Some get off on wearing diapers and being nursed (paraphilic infantilism). Occasionally, I wouldn’t mind the idea of wearing a nappy, but that is just because I’m lazy and don’t want to pause my Netflix binge.

But whatever people are into sexually, for the most part, it is pretty harmless. But for some particular people, the way lust manifests itself can have dire and even deadly consequences. Check out these seven deadly fetishes:

1. Feederism/Gaining

(Twitter)

Just as gluttony is one of the seven deadly sins, “Gaining” makes it onto our list of seven deadly sexual fetishes. I suppose sloth can be covered by this fetish as well because gainers hardly encourage any physical activity.

Gaining is the act of fattening oneself up for sexual gratification, sometimes to the point of morbid obesity. Mostly women are the ones who are gaining weight in this fetish. They are called “gainers” or “feedees.” Oftentimes within this fetish, the gainer has a partner or encourager who gets sexual gratification from watching these women stuff their faces.

The fetish has a fairly large following. Just look up the hashtags #gainergirl, #feederism (11K posts!) or #bellyhang. On nearly all of these photos of fat women, there are a slew of compliments. “Sexy ass body, and loving your big belly and sexy deep bellybutton hole,” said one commenter.

According to a post from XOJane, a woman familiar with the lifestyle, though not a gainer, explained the drive and desired destination for this fetish:

“The feeder obtains a sense of power and dominance through the act of feeding and subsequently being responsible for the change in their partner’s body, the end goal often resulting in severe obesity, loss of mobility, and inability to perform even the most mundane life tasks without their partner’s assistance,” she wrote.

Why this is a deadly fetish is pretty obvious. It is called MORBID obesity for a reason, that reason being that if you choose to continue with this lifestyle … you will drop dead. Being overweight and obese makes you so much more susceptible to severe health issues. It can lead to heart disease and heart failure, stroke, diabetes and makes you more prone to certain cancers.

2. Autoerotic Asphyxiation

Some individuals enjoy some light choking during sex. There is something about the cutting off of oxygen to the brain that heightens sensation in the rest of the body. It can provide a thrill, and if you are into submission, there is no better way to show you trust someone than by allowing them to literally hold your life in their hands.

This fetish can also be called breath-play. There are several ways breath-play is performed. Kinging or Queening refers to smothering someone with your genitals. Others like to use latex masks or simple plastic bags. This fetish can also be done on one’s own, referred to as autoerotic asphyxiation.

Obviously, whenever you are cutting off your oxygen supply, you run a potentially fatal risk. David Carradine of “Kill Bill” fame was just one of the many victims of this fetish. In 2009, the 72-year-old actor was found dead in his Bangkok hotel room in an elaborate mesh of ropes around his throat and genitals. These individuals usually do not intend to die, but something goes wrong, and there is no turning back.

According to the FBI, there are between 500 and 1,000 deaths due to autoerotic asphyxiation in the U.S. every year. Autoerotic asphyxiation is usually performed by men, but women participating in this act is not unheard of.

3. Zoophilia/Bestiality

(Wiki)

For most people, the act of having sex with an animal is absolutely revolting. However, for some individuals, having sex with an animal is not just a gratifying sexual experience, but a spiritual one which makes them feel closer to the animal world.

Malcolm Brenner is a zoophilia advocate and the subject of a new short documentary called “Dolphin Lover.” (Yes, he had sex with a dolphin.) “I felt this intense verging with her on every level,” he said in the film. “It’s really like we stopped being two individual creature and became one creature that became one with itself.”

There are many animal-rights advocates who shun these individuals, claiming that what they are doing is animal abuse. But zoophiles will reply that the animal consents to these sex acts.

In another documentary, “Zoo,” several zoophiles were interviewed, and they expressed their true love for animals. These were not only men, but women as well. One woman even admitted losing her virginity to the family dog.

Even though bestiality is an extreme taboo and disgusting to most, it can also be fatal. “Zoo” also discusses a man called “Mr. Hands,” whose real name was Kenneth Pinyan. Pinyan was featured receiving anal sex from a horse in a video that circulated the Internet in the mid-2000s. Pinyan died just over 10 years ago from “acute peritonitis [that resulted from the] perforation of the sigmoid colon during anal intercourse with a horse.” He and his fellow zoophiles would gather on a 39-acre farm and engage in sex with the horses.

At the time, bestiality was legal in Washington, but after the scandal went public, Washington made bestiality a class C felony.

Pinyan’s death could have been avoided, but he was too embarrassed to go to the hospital. So remember: Horse penises are meant for horse holes. Human penises are meant for human holes. If you ignore that, you may bleed to death out of your ass.

4. Sexual Cannibalism/Vorarephilia

(Wiki: Goya)

Have you ever wondered what human tastes like? Admittedly, I have — but that is only because I am a huge fan of Anthony Hopkins and “The Silence of the Lambs.” However, there are certain individuals who find cannibalism orgasmic.

Vorarephiles get off on the desire to be consumed or to consume another person. The most famous vorarephiles are German native Armin Meiwes, and his victim, Bernd Brandes. Meiwes put up a personal ad on the site Cannibal Café stating: “Looking for a well-built 18-30-year-old to be slaughtered and then consumed.” According to Meiwes, about 200 people responded to the ad and offered their bodies up for consumption. When it came down to it, though, they backed out.

In February 2001, Meiwes received a message from Brandes, a computer engineer from Berlin. “I am 36 years old, 175 cm and weigh 72 kg. I hope you are really serious about it because I really want it,” Brandes wrote. On March 9, the men met up at Meiwes’ farmhouse in the town of Rotenberg. Meiwes designed a soundproof “slaughter room” for the encounter. The two men had a relatively normal afternoon talking about computers, smoking and drinking coffee. At one point, Brandes had a change of heart, but Meiwes suggested that with some sleeping pills, schnapps and cold medicine, he would be able to go through with it.

Later on in the evening, they reentered the slaughter room, and Brandes screamed out, “Do it. Now!” Meiwes , and then went downstairs to the kitchen to fry it up for both men to eat. Brandes at this point was bleeding out and requested to take a bath. The next morning he was still alive, and Meiwes slit his throat.

Meiwes then chopped Brandes into pieces and stored him in the refrigerator. He consumed more than 45 pounds of Brandes’ flesh before the police were summoned to Meiwes’ home after a concerned member of Cannibal Café contacted the authorities. Meiwes is now serving a life sentence and, ironically, has become a vegetarian.

5. Ederacinism

This is one deadly sexual fetish that I would like my ex-boyfriend to develop.

Ederacinism is a fetish where an individual (typically male) gets off by ripping off their genitalia by the root. That is probably why it applies to men, as it would be hard to tear off a vagina. This fetish is linked to genital self-mutilation (GSM) and/or Klingsor Syndrome, which is named after the character Klingsor in the Wagner opera “Parsifal.” Klingsor castrated himself to become a member of the Brotherhood of the Knights of the Holy Grail.

Individuals with this desire often feel a sense of guilt over their sexual urges and wish to remove the appendage which is the root cause of all their sexual guilt. (Apparently my ex lacks a conscience.)

6. Symphorophilia

(Rex FEATURES)

When you are driving on the highway and see a car wreck, you can’t help but to slow down and look at the scene. But a rare few will actually slow down, put their hands down their pants and jerk off.

Among one of the strangest deadly fetishes, symphorophilia is when individuals are sexually aroused by staging and watching a disaster or accident that can potentially be fatal. Symphorophiles either wish to be in an accident or get off watching one happen.

There isn’t much academic literature on actual symphorophiles, but you may be familiar with some in the literary sense if you’ve read the 1973 novel “Crash” by author J.G. Ballard or watched the 1996 film adaptation of the same name, which is not to be confused with the 2004 Oscar-winning film by Paul Haggis.

The story is told through the eyes of narrator James Ballard, who eventually meets Dr. Robert Vaughan, described as a “former TV-scientist, turned nightmare angel of the expressways.” Ballard met Vaughan and his following of symphorophiles after he was involved in a car wreck. All of his followers were all car crash survivors. As a group, they attempt to re-enact the crashes of celebrities. Vaughan’s ultimate fantasy is to die in a head-on collision with Elizabeth Taylor.

In the film starring James Spader as Ballard and Elias Koteas as Vaughan, the symphorophiles sit around watching car safety test videos and photographing traffic accidents while groping at each other’s crotches.

7. Bug Chasing

(Wiki)

Contracting HIV/AIDS is perhaps the scariest aspect about having unprotected sex. However, there are individuals known as bug chasers who seek out people with HIV/AIDS to have sex with for the sexual thrill of possibly catching the deadly virus. Apparently, bug chasing is a growing deviant fetish in the gay community, The Kernel wrote in 2013. HIV-negative gay men look for HIV-positive men, who they refer to as “gift givers,” to have sex with and pass along the virus.

A 2003 Rolling Stone article, which largely quoted a bug chaser named Carlos and whose validity was questioned by Newsweek, brought attention to this fetish. “I think it turns the other guy on to know that I’m negative and that they’re bringing me into the brotherhood,” Carlos told the magazine. “That gets me off, too.”

“It’s like living with diabetes,” he rationalized. “You take a few pulls and get on with your life.”

Gregory Freeman wrote the piece and had quoted a Dr. Marshall Forstein, the medical director of mental health and addiction services at Fenway Community Health in Boston, saying the fetish is becoming more commonplace. “[Forstein] says bug chasers are seen regularly in the Fenway health system, and the phenomenon is growing,” wrote Freeman.

In a column written by HIV-positive male Hamish MacKenzie-Sempill for the website Beyond Positive, he shared his interactions with men seeking for him to “poz” them. He came into contact with men on gay dating apps Scruff and Grindr who asked MacKenzie-Sempill to infect them. When he asked one of them for an explanation as to why, one bug chaser responded with, “A really fucking gorgeous guy entering me without protection and spraying virus in me! Hot.”

It seems a bit selfish. While HIV/AIDS continues to be an epidemic and doctors and scientists are manically trying to find a cure, these individuals will willingly infect themselves to satisfy a perverse sexual craving.

Well, there you have it folks, the seven deadliest sexual fetishes. Please don’t try any of them at home — you will probably die.
