BACK IN PITTSBURGH IS “BALLS OUT BOWLING,” OR 4 HOURS OF STRIKES IN THE BUFF
Bowling is fun. There are oddly fitting shoes that stink of industrial grade disinfectant, crazy clothes and even crazier people unique to bowling venues, shiny pins, machines that echo with commensurate yells of excitement, and of course the differing sizes of the balls themselves. Plus, there’s the fries, wings, pretzels and beer. Lots and lots of beer. So what else could possibly be missing from such laid-back Americana perfection? Well, doing all of that naked, of course. And it’s back in Pittsburgh by popular demand, where the oddest of the odd can go for perfect strikes in the total buff. Well, socks and shoes might help you keep your competitive edge, right?

BALLS OUT BOWLING COSTS $30, AND ALL YOU NEED TO WEAR ARE BOWLING SHOES
It’s not clear how long, ahem, it’s been since the last Balls Out bowling “outing,” but if you’re enthusiastic here’s what you need to know. It’s hosted and organized by a Pennsylvania naturism group, and the next iteration of Balls Out Bowling will be this Saturday, as in right now, at Pittsburgh’s Crafton Ingram Lanes. Admission costs $30, which includes unlimited bowling for 4 hours in the buff, as well as the aforementioned necessary shoes. And speaking of shoes, those are the only clothing allowed for any attendees, though women can wear optional bottoms.

The event page does ask that anyone who comes bring a towel and a bag for their stuff. That makes sense, as any personal pockets anyone might have in the buff could be a little socially awkward. But you do have to be at least 18 years old. But the event is inclusive to all genders, sexual orientation and body types. But like many naturist events, Balls Out Bowling does not allow any sex, photos or videos. And any harassers or losers of some other kind will be asked to leave.
