Total Fool Escapes Jail on Day 2 of 4 Day Sentence, Captured

SO MUCH FOR ANOTHER 48 HOURS, TOTAL FOOL JUST CAN’T WAIT

Do you remember being 22 years old?  I certainly do.  I was young, full of energy and often stupidly impulsive.  But I wasn’t as stupidly impulsive as a guy from Northern California.  His name is Marc Schwartz.  Police arrested Marc for DUI and a court found him guilty and sentenced him to four days in jail.  That sucks.  Four.  Whole.  Days.  What are you to do when you are serving such a long stretch?  It was clearly unbearable for Marc.  So guess what he did?  Marc just couldn’t take it on his second day inside.  So the total fool escaped on Day 2 of his 4-day jail sentence.  But his bid for freedom didn’t last too long.

Marc made his break by climbing the tall fence that goes all around the Santa Rosa jail.  Of course, the fence was topped by that dangerous razor sharp barbed wire.  Marc made it up there and got caught on it.  But he somehow got himself free of it and dropped to the ground and his freedom on the other side.  Getting free of the fence took some time, but police didn’t catch him up there.  But Marc took off running as soon as he hit the ground, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department.

ESCAPE ON DAY 2 OF 4 DAY SENTENCE MAKES STUPID PEOPLE CRINGE

So the hunt was then on!  More than 20 police deputies, the Sheriff’s chopper, police dogs, local police and highway patrol were all on the job to find Marc.  But they didn’t yet know it was Marc, just that someone escaped.  So the guards locked down the jail and ran a count to see who was missing: Marc!  Police then had a description for the public.  Just minutes later, a local citizen reported someone like Marc running thru a nearby field.  It wasn’t the field of Marc’s dreams, that’s for sure.

FELONY CHARGES FOR 38 MINUTES OF ESCAPED FREEDOM

It was easy as pie to catch Marc once they had his location.  Police hovered overhead in the chopper to make Marc hide in the field.  Then police quickly moved in on the ground to find him.  Which they did.  Marc’s escape on day 2 of his 4-day sentence totaled just 38 minutes before police caught him.  Police literally caught him wet and bleeding sitting in a creek.  We can say Marc was up shit’s creek.  They didn’t take him back to County Jail.  They took him to the Main Adult Detention Facility in Santa Rosa.  But they also booked him on felony escape charges.  Authorities are holding the total fool  without bail.
