Would Tom Brady Eat Chili if He Was Watching the Big Game.

TOM BRADY EATS CLEAN FOOD AND PROBABLY WON’T EVER TRY YOUR CHILI

Planning on watching a game this weekend?  Perhaps a game with our sweet Patriots?  Lying and cheating aside, let’s think about Superbowl food.  The most important thing besides the beer is good old fashioned Big Game food.  But what if you were Tom Brady?  What would Tom make?  Perhaps a chili?  Or something to do with fried and a potato?  Absolutely frigging not.  Tom, along with his wife, Gisele, and their children eat a very clean diet.  Why do you think they look so good?  They work out like maniacs and eat good food. Tom wrote a book called The TB12 Method.  It’s an anti-inflammatory diet and Tom Brady takes it to the next level.  There is no refined sugar, flour, gluten or glutamates in their diet.  They look pretty happy and they look amazing, so there must be something that’s working aside from insanely lucky genetic makeups.

BIG GAME MEANS BIG GREEN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE FOR TOM AND GISELE

Water is extremely important to Tom Brady.  Tom drinks anywhere from 15 to 25 20-ounce electrolyte-infused glasses of water every day.  He drinks high protein all organic smoothies after his workouts. Everything is organic.   He typically drinks his water about thirty minutes before dinner and waits an hour after dinner to drink any more liquids.  80 percent of the food they eat is vegetables. And he is very aware of the negative effects of combining foods, like starchy food and proteins. The clean food he eats means that he avoids foods like gluten, sugar, flour, nightshade vegetables, dairy, and coffee/caffeine. So, your chili for the big game is probably out.

HAVE AN ALKALIZING SNACK WHEN WATCHING THE BIG GAME

Most people are so happy to eat the classics when they watch the Superbowl, but almost all of it is bad for you!  Or you can eat perfectly healthy whole foods like Tom Brady’s family and look as kick ass as they do.  They focus on eating food which decrease inflammation, which are called “alkalizing” foods. Brady snacks on fruits, protein shakes, and protein bars. Dessert doesn’t ever happen.  Neither Brady nor his wife feel that they are missing out.  And they probably won’t be tempted to try your chili any time soon.  So maybe you should try it their way!  They partnered with Purple Carrot which gives subscribers three meals a week their way.  But you’d still have to work out!
