A FEW STEPS TO BEING SMART
Everybody wants to be smart. And you could be too, if you want to. All you need to do is work at it a little bit more and commit to the idea of being smart. Believe it and you will achieve it. There are a few steps you can do in order to get there! You can examine your online time, time playing board games, what you read and summaries of what you’ve read, to name a few. And nurturing your emotional intelligence will help your process. Being smart just takes a little effort and consistency!

Inhale one, exhale one, inhale two, exhale two. Also, practice kindness and work towards not saying anything you don’t actually mean. Emotional Intelligence is not something you are born with, it is something you learn and foster. If you believe it, you will get there!

MONITOR YOUR SCREEN TIME
Are you addicted to your phone? Every time your phone dings, do you need to take a look at it? What do you look at when you are online? If you think of your phone as your higher self, then how would you use it? Do you play bubble popping games or using a meditation app in order to foster your emotional intelligence? Phones are in our daily lives, so you might as well use them smartly.
BOARD GAME CAFES ARE COOL
Board games typically make you think outside of the box and strategically. They also promote teams and social interaction. Board games can also be extremely entertaining.
