Do you have a problem with big thighs?  Then you need to try exercising to to get them back into the shape you want.  They are a natural repository where the body stores fat.  Many complain that they get big and get big fast.  But that can be hard to get rid of, and it never feels as fast when you do.  But thighs tend to be stubborn about fat burning.  So if you hate your thighs, you’ve simply got to exercise to shape them up.  For some our thighs get big because of genetics.  But there’s also gender, age, diet and being a sloth.  Women have very different systems when it comes to storing fat.  And that means thighs first.  Having the wrong diet doesn’t help.  Too much fat and carbs always say hello to your thighs.

But if you also don’t exercise, that happens twice as fast and twice as much.  So you always have to exercise.  Here are some options everyone can do to shrink their thighs into sexiness again.

BRISK WALKING

Walking is the most practical and easy exercise to burn fat on your thighs and calves.  Take a brisk 30-minute walk every morning and you’ll start every day right.  If you’ve got some stairs nearby, even better.  Activate those muscles too.

JOGGING

Jogging is also a great way to shrink the fat from your legs. You can do it regularly for approximately 30 minutes.  But do it at least three times every week.  Jogging is a powerful way to burn calories.  Fit it into your schedule whenever you can.

CYCLING

Cycling is a powerful method you can use to target your your legs.  Commute to work this way if you can.  But you also have to get home!  Cycling burns calories and really activates all your legs’ muscle groups.  Burn fat and build muscle!  Some women find that they get muscles larger than they prefer, so know your body.

SWIMMING

Swimming is the best.  It will impact your entire body.  But you burn calories without sweating and quickly getting dehydrated.  It is also easy on your joints.  There’s no impact on your knees, back hips.  Just burn that fat off, all over.
