So I’ve got to first admit I had no idea about supermodel Karlie Kloss. It’s been some time since I was familiar with the various and sundry Victoria Secret Models. Like, a Manot kind of time ago. But despite recent headlines announcing Kloss leaving the underwear line, she’s made quite another splash. She recently gave an interview to UK Vogue. She admitted that being related to Donald Trump was hard since she’s a democrat with liberal values. Say what? Related? She’s way hotter than Ivanka! Like, WAY. Plus, she has liberal values. So WAY hotter.

But yes, Karlie Kloss is related to Donald Trump. By marriage. Karlie married the other Kushner brother, Joshua. So that must be awkward at the holidays. And if it wasn’t already, it definitely will be come the fall. And the other fall, which seems to be inevitable with all those state investigations and tax returns. But back to the yummy Karlie. She said her marriage to Joshua is not easy because we’re all in the Trump era. Evidently, there is no small amount of dissonance between her family ties by marriage and her very open liberal politics.

She told Vogue, “It’s been hard. But I choose to focus on the values that I share with my husband, and those are the same liberal values that I was raised with and that have guided me throughout my life.” That’s pretty direct. She’s been with Joshua Kushner for over 7 years now. Who ever expected a possible Trump presidency back in 2011? But now she’s related to Trump, he’s POTUS and she is NOT a Trump supporter in any regard. She even voted for Hillary in 2016 and attended the Women’s March just a day after Trump’s inauguration.
Now that’s my kind of supermodel. Hopefully, she can dodge getting grabbed you know where.
