Stolen Blood Used to Stamp Stan Lee’s Signature on Comics

ESTATE VULTURES CIRCLE STAN LEE, SAD STORY OF STOLEN BLOOD FOR COMIC SIGNATURES

What the hell?  Someone stole Stan Lee’s blood.  It’s just crazy.  We already heard the news that Lee has had major issues with a former business partner, costing him a lot of money.  The former partner is in bed with a for-profit charitable organization, Hands of Respect.  For-profit often means interesting priorities when it comes to charitable organizations.  Lee and his daughter JC used to be involved with it, before the issues popped up.  But now the story with this business partner gets pretty darn dark.  The former business partner forged medical documents last Fall.  They instructed Lee’s personal nurse to, you guessed it, fill several vials with Lee’s blood.  Forged documents, fraud, stolen blood.  This fraud was all to stamp Lee’s signature, using his blood as ink, on comics.

MEDICAL FRAUD WAS ALL TO STAMP SIGNATURE ON TWO COMICS IN VEGAS

Earlier reports said that Lee’s close friends thought the blood was supposed to just be ink in pens.  But now we know the truth.  The stolen blood was what they used to stamp the 96-year-old’s signature onto recently published Marvel comics.  They were one variant cover of Rise of the Black Panther #1, and The Mighty Thor #700.  These comics were on sale at the Las Vegas Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.  That’s an exhibition and retail store officially licensed with Disney and based on Avengers movies running at Treasure Island Las Vegas.

COMICS SOLD FOR AS MUCH AS $500, WITH STOLEN BLOOD CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

One of these bought comics came with a certificate of authenticity.  They are selling for as much as $500.  The Certificate claims that the signature on it was “hand-stamped with Stan Lee’s Solvent DNA Ink.”  But to make the situation even more absurd is that the certificate connects the stamped comics with the stolen blood with Hands of Respect itself.  They printed the for-profit’s logo on the document!  But now for more dark and ugly.  An online thread claimed that these blood signature stamped comics had Lee’s approval.  But only because it referred to the mass shooting in Las Vegas, whereStephen Paddock killed 58 people wounded 851 more last Fall.

How many ways can you spell despicable?  It seems likely that more sad news around Stan Lee is on the way.  The vultures are barely waiting.
