Smart Cookie Sells Girl Scout Munchies in Front of Pot Store

GIRL SCOUT SOLD 300 HUNDRED BOXES OF COOKIES IN FRONT OF POT DISPENSARY

So a very smart Girl Scout decided to sell her Girl Scout cookies in front of a pot shop in San Diego over the weekend. She sold over 300 boxes in six hours. This smart cookie paced back and forth, with her cookies in her wagon.  But many people have debated if she violated Girl Scout standards and rules. The marijuana dispensary called the Urbn Leaf advertised her work outside the store and the availability of cookies on an Instagram post saying, “Get some Girl Scout Cookies with your GSC today until 4pm!”  Anyone who gets the munchies will want some cookies nearby.  And anyone else who just likes Girl Scout cookies may run towards these dutiful workers asking, “Gimme ten boxes of thin mints.  Now!”  People get nutty. But if so, they also sell Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich.

SMART COOKIE AND POT STORE IS THE SMARTEST THINKING BEYOND SLICED BREAD

This smart cookie had a brilliant way to monetize quickly without needing to sell door to door. And in this day and age, it was much safer for her to work in one spot in order to get her cookie selling done quickly. But many eyebrows were raised because of this.  People have questioned whether or not she violated any Girl Scout rules. Apparently, Girl Scouts may not sell on any private or commercial properties used by the general public. But she didn’t have a booth set up, and walked back and forth with her wagon of tempting cookies. She essentially cruised the sidewalk for six hours. A twitter poll proved that ninety percent of followers approved of her cookie selling strategies to sell her goods in front or nearby a pot store.

GIRL SCOUT REPRESENTATIVE SAYS IT’S A OKAY WITH THEM

A Girl Scout representative said in a statement: “As Girl Scouts, we assume good intent.  Should we learn that a girl is in violation of a cookie program standard or guideline, we almost always discover that the parent was unaware of that rule.”  She is not the only smart cookie around; in 2014 another scout sold 117 boxes in front of a pot store, after two hours of selling.

But this would be a bold move for Farmer’s Markets!
