Hunters sure can be a strange breed. Or maybe it’s just that when there’s a weird hunter, the stories are all the more… weird. But this one seems particularly special, as a deer hunter was evidently shooting craps, of a sort, by hunting deer not from a blind but from a Port-a-Potty. Now, if you’re not familiar, a deer blind is a place that hunters literally hide, waiting for deer to come within range where they have an advantage to get a clear kill shot. But using a port-a-potty is a new low as far as I’m concerned.

And apparently, authorities weren’t too impressed, either. And even worse, this guy was hunting without permission on private property! Using a port-a-potty as a deer blind! And Texas authorities have been trying to nab this crap shooter since last year, no less. But they finally caught him, on private property, just as he was heading into the port-a-potty to set up the crappiest deer hunt I’ve ever heard of. Now, I’ve heard of people walking by an active portable bathroom and shouted, “Shots Fired!” as a joke, but the joke is finally over for this deer hunter.

And, to make matters even more shameless for this crap shooter, he spread food around the port-a-potty to attract deer to come with up close to make it an easy shot. And, the port-a-potty had received a clumsy makeover, as the erstwhile shooting craps deer hunter had used spray paint (badly) to give it a camouflage field look. Boy, am I sure hoping there are high-resolution photos entered as evidence when this shooting craps idiot is in court to face the music. He now faces charges in Henderson County, Texas.
