Schizo Bus Decapitator Cannibal Murderer Released in Canada

GOD TOLD SCHIZO TO KILL TOTAL STRANGER ON GREYHOUND BUS, SO HE DID

So this is unsettling.  But really, this is of major concern.  There is a murderer in Canada and his name is Will Baker.  His name used to be Vince Li.  So he’s a schizophrenic who did some scary stuff.  But how scary, you ask?  Well, in 2008 he killed Tim McLean, a carnival worker who was a complete stranger.  So the schizo brutally murdered him on a Greyhound bus as the other terrified passengers escaped, terrified.  But authorities in Canada have just given Baker his complete freedom.  So that’s a little unsettling, yes?

HE STABBED HIM AS PASSENGERS FLED THE BUS, THEN CUT OFF HIS HEAD

So the day of the murder, Baker got on the bus and sat next to the 22-year-old after he smiled at him and said, “How are you doing?”  But then Baker says he heard the voice of God instruct him to kill the young man or he would “die immediately.”  So he did, insanely.  He stabbed him over and over again as McLean tried to fight him off.  As everyone else escaped the bus, Baker kept on stabbing McLean and then mutilated his body.  He cut off his head and showed it to the other passengers standing outside.  But now he’s completely free, with no monitoring whatsoever.

CANADA REVIEW BOARD SETS SCHIZO FREE, BUT WHAT IF HE DOESN’T TAKE HIS MEDS?

In 2009 a court found him not criminally responsible because of mental illness.  But Manitoba’s Criminal Review Code Board set him free.  That was in response to Baker’s lawyer requesting his full freedom.  The board “is of the opinion that the weight of evidence does not substantiate that Mr. Baker poses a significant threat to the safety of the public.”  So Baker is free and no one is watching him.  All he has to do is take his meds.  But many are concerned, especially the victim’s mother, Carol de Delley.  She says there is no guarantee whatsoever Baker will take his meds and not be a dangerous threat again.  In response to his full release she said, “I have no words.”

Oh, Canada.
