SERIAL FLASHER TERRORIZES SAN ANTONIO SINCE 2016
Some people are just bold. But then other people take bold to just another level of BOLD. There are a bunch of people in San Antonio who have an image in their brain that they can never get rid of. And by image, I mean of a stranger who love showing all his bits. This guy is almost a flash mob all by himself. But so far, he shows no signs of slowing down his marathon of indecent exposure. So far, this guy has been tagged for at least 15 different exposures to hapless victims who thought it was safe to go to work. He is the current serial flasher at large. In a bad case of self love, the man is terrorizing Stone Oak in San Antonio, Texas.
JACKED SHORT GUY SHARING HIS GOODS ALL OVER TOWN
Police have made an image available of the serial flasher to the public. They are hoping that someone will be able to identify him. Police say the flasher is getting ever more aggressive and want help identifying him to put a stop to it. Sgt. Michelle Ramos of the San Antonio Police Department laid it out there in simple terms. “These cases, he’s completely naked to his ankles.” The police investigation includes, so far, 15 different cases of indecent exposure. But it is clear that it is the same man responsible for them all. One photo shows him practically naked. He’s just wearing a bandana over his face along with black shoes, a baseball cap and sunglasses. As Doc Holliday said, he’s no daisy.

SERIAL FLASHER GETTING MORE BOLD, TOUCHING HIMSELF IN FRONT OF VICTIMS
Sgt. Ramos also said, “We do know of an incident where he actually went into the facility, he exposed himself, he touched himself.” This serial flasher has been in action since late 2016. After a year and a half, this daisy is just getting more daring in his antics. “This individual, he’s causing concern because he had become a little more aggressive in the sense that he stayed outside at first and now he is actually going into the location and exposing himself.” That’s the kind of escalation that concerns Sgt. Ramos and the police.
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING BEFORE TEXANS GO ALL LONE-STAR
Many Stone Oak locals commented off camera that they are staying vigilant. They also say that they are prepared if the guy shows up and shows all. We don’t know what that means. But it likely won’t be good for Mr. Flappin-in-the breeze. The man is described as 40-50 years old, 5’9” tall and about 250 pounds. Police believe the man drives a blue Toyota Tundra.
