DON’T RIDE ROLLER COASTERS WHEN PREGNANT
Smoking isn’t a good thing to do when you’re pregnant. Nor should you be drinking alcohol. Everyone knows not to soak in a hot tub or clean your cat’s poop, because the latter could lead to toxoplasmosis. That’s really not a good thing. But there is a pile of other things you may not have realized that are harmful like sitting out in the sun or wearing stilettos. And other lesser known dangers are important to be aware of. So……no roller coasters too.
DON’T TRY ANYTHING NEW OR JARRING
Amusement park rides can be jolting and that is something you should avoid. The last thing you want is a placental abruption, and this could happen with arduous activity. That means a big no to roller coasters since they can be particularly jarring. Each and every one of them. Especially if you wear stilettos. Why do I say that? I’ve seen pregnant women wearing stilettos. It ain’t right and it ain’t good.

AVOID PAINTING THE NURSERY
If you are inspired to paint a nursery when you are pregnant, don’t. Hire someone and stay at your mom’s while this is going on. Obviously, everyone should avoid lead based paints. Painting and removing paint can be extremely toxic, and therefore harmful to your baby. If you really need to start painting rooms, make sure that the paint you choose is free of lead. Pregnancy is a roller coaster as it is, and you don’t need anything more.
STOP WALKING IN STILETTOS, AVOID THE SUN
Stilettos aren’t awful, but if you fall, then it can be a really bad thing. When you get bigger your center of gravity will change and this may happen drastically and quickly, making it super easy to fall. You should also avoid sitting in the sun when pregnant, because your skin is much more sensitive and you can sunburn very easily. Your body temperature increases (because you are baking a baby inside you) when you are pregnant and on hot days, you will be hotter.
