Provable and Doable Diet Fads That Work! Try It!

POPULAR DIET FADS LIKE JAZZERCISE WORK

Some popular diets back in the day may seem extreme or unhealthy, but they actually work.  These diets are provable and doable, to this day. Smoking and having one cappuccino and several coffees will help you lose weight.  However, your skin may pay the price because your insides may be slowly rotting.  But we’re looking at healthy diet fads.  And Jazzercise with friends, eating cottage cheese, low sugar intake, eating small amounts of processed foods, food diaries, and weekly food preparation will help you get your hot figure.

YOU DON’T NEED PINK SPANDEX…OR DO YOU?

You may not actually want to dig into your mother’s drawers for her old fluorescent spandex.  But you may want to get a group of people together to work out and even choreograph moves together. Being with other people with the same intentions can help to motivate you and reach your goals. This is not a fad, it’s reality and doable.  It’s provable when you see your butt getting into shape.  Working out with others also provides consistency and this is key when sweating like hell.  You will also push each other harder and if someone doesn’t show, it’s noted by everyone in the group.

COTTAGE CHEESE IS HIGH IN PROTEIN AND LOW IN FAT

Cottage cheese on the other hand became very popular in the 1950s.  People who wanted to shed weight started this diet fad, which ended up being a way of life.  It’s low calories, high protein and versatile.  One serving of cottage cheese is approximately only 90 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 13 grams of protein. So, getting to that store is doable if you know it’s provable to lessen the belly weight.

SUGAR IS THE DEVIL AND IT’S PROVABLE

Limiting your sugar intake is a no brainer.  Sugar causes all kinds of problems from yeast overgrowth to cavities to lots of pimples.  Cutting back on sugar means you are also cutting back an unnecessary caloric intake.

PROCESSED FOODS ARE BAD FOR YOU

Processed foods, even if they say they are organic, are still processed.  Which means they are not whole.  The closer you get to eating whole foods, the better your body will be, and less chemicals getting processed in your system. Not all processed foods are bad but overall,  processed foods aren’t going to help you lose the weight.

FOOD DIARIES ARE DOABLE

Tracking what you eat was introduced as a fad some eons ago.  Mostly by the Weight Watchers people. By keeping a food diary, you are able to take ownership for any bad habits and begin to change them.  Preparing your own meals will also help you be a part of the process and also guide you away from processed meals.  All these diet fads are provable and most importantly, doable.
