PERUVIAN FAMILY STUNNED TO REALIZE THEIR CUTE PUPPY WASN’T REALLY A DOG AFTER ALL
Sometimes, there are stories that make you wonder a little about the strange things that happen to people. And yes, you might shake your head a little. But don’t judge too quickly, as strange things can happen to you, as well. That is certainly true for a Peruvian family in Lima. They did what normal families do, and bought a totally cute puppy from a shop in their hometown. They named him Run Run. Or, as I’m guessing, Corre Corre. And he was a fun family puppy for a while and grew fast. But as he grew, the family came to realize that Run Run wasn’t really a dog at all.

CUTE PUPPY RUN RUN CHASED KILLED AND ATE NEIGHBOR’S CHICKENS AND DUCKS
The Peruvian family wondered a little when Run Run made a number of neighbors pretty angry, chasing around their chickens and ducks. He even killed and ate a few, as well. Just six months after getting Run Run as a puppy in a local shop, they realized their cute puppy was really an Andean Fox. Well, gee, I wonder why they named the little guy Run Run? But just a few days ago, Run Run took off for the call of the wild. Because he’s a wild animal….. Now, everyone says it makes sense as they realize the obvious reality.

RUN RUN THE PUPPY WAS REALLY AN ANDEAN FOX, NOW PERUVIAN FAMILY HOPES TO VISIT FAMILY FRIEND IN A ZOO
So no, the Peruvian family isn’t really looking to bring Run Run home. But local authorities with the National Forest and Wildlife Service are looking to hunt Run Run down to relocate him to a zoo or some king of specialized animal center. And he’d be sure to draw the curious with this amazing story! So how did this happen? Well, there’s a large and profitable black market for animal traffickers, who bring in animals like the $13 Run Run from places like Loreto, Ucayali and Madre de Dios, all to be sold in Lima.
