PEANUT BUTTER FOR BREAKFAST INCREASES PASSION, MAKES YOU A BEDROOM WIZARD
So I used to start most mornings with peanut butter toast. Why? Well, I liked peanut butter, for one. And toast is nice and easy. If you toast your bread just right, it’s a little crunchy. And if you get the peanut butter on there right out of the toaster, it melts just a little for more flavor. Well, and it doesn’t gum up your mouth as much if you inhale your food like I do. But aside from my opinions on how much of a wizard I was (or am!) in the bedroom, this is interesting news. It turns out that people who eat peanut butter for breakfast achieve more in that arena.

PEANUT BUTTER IS ALSO GOOD FOR YOU, SO GET SOME IN YOU, THEN GET IT ON WITH AUTHORITY
So besides making you a bedroom wizard, peanut butter is good for you. But obviously, don’t eat a ton of peanut butter with a lot of sugar or preservatives in it. That should be true for anything you eat. But peanut butter is an easy, tasty source of protein. And on bread, you get even more good calories. But don’t forget to work out. And by work out, I mean be a bedroom wizard at every opportunity. Just don’t wave your wand and say Stupefy! Cause that would be a mood killer, unless you role play, I mean cosplay, a lot.

And for the millions out there who skip breakfast most mornings, you’re not gonna be a bedroom wizard like, ever. You won’t be much of a wizard at anything! So remember to eat yourself a good breakfast every morning. And if you have kids, maybe have that bedroom wizard promoting peanut butter toast really early. Then, you can burn off some of those calories with your partner and work on your… spells. And, well, don’t forget the coffee. That gets everyone up.
