Top Gun, or Top Pun? If you happened to look up in the sky recently in Washington state, you may have gotten an eyeful. We’re all familiar with the Maverick attitude of cocksure Navy pilots from the film Top Gun. But one Navy pilot is sure to be a bit of a handful for a dressing down after his antics recently. Buzzing the tower? Please. That’s nothing. If you know you’re the best pilot in the Navy then what do you do to prove yourself? How do you show that you’ve got what it takes under the hood? You paint a giant sky penis is what. But that’s how you find yourself in the cock pit.
NAVY WANTS GIANT SKY PENIS TO BLOW AWAY
The Navy is very embarrassed about the giant eye-in the-sky incident. Particularly, it’s the chain-of command at Whidbey Island’s air station that’s showing major public contrition. This is no surprise at all with local media getting flooded with viewer dick pics of the sky drawing. Everybody clearly got the heads up that was afoot. If you’re Naval brass, you don’t want the words social media, viral, dick and Navy to be deeply associated at any time. But since this isn’t the Navy’s only recent run around the cock-block, they’re coming down hard on the Navy E/A-18 Growler warplane’s crew. They’ve been grounded.

Back in 2014 the Blue Angels, the Navy’s precision flight team, drew a blue and gold penis on the roof of a trailer at the team’s training grounds in El Centro, California. The “inside joke” was large enough to appear on Google Maps. That’s not what the Navy’s idea of a happy accident. The Navy is clearly trying to get ahead of sexual assault, homophobia and pornographic incidents. A giant one-eyed-Willie in the sky doesn’t help that effort. The Navy has issued a formal apology promised to get to the bottom of this “irresponsible and immature act.”
