CLEARLY, ELON MUSK REGRETS HIS SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS AIMED AT DONALD TRUMP
Well, that didn’t take long at all. Apparently, being a billionaire social media mogul doesn’t provide quite the bully pulpit that comes with the chair in the Oval Office. Who knew? But to be fair to Elon Musk, which is hard for me to do, in a normal political American environment, the President of the United States doesn’t engage in personal attacks on anyone. And certainly not by bellowing as loud as one can on social media or randomly in any interview or press conference. But it really, really didn’t take too long for us all to see clearly that Musk already regrets antagonizing Donald Trump with his social media posts.

THE MAJOR MEDIA IS FOCUSING ON MUSK’S DRUG USE TO CONTEXTUALIZE FEUD, AND OMITTING SOMETHING BIG
Yet media coverage is STILL using their “everything is normal” metric even in covering this feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. If you’re reading MSM coverage in the last 48 hours, you’ll get a context about how Musk suddenly realized that Trump’s political power as president means Trump can ruin Tesla and possibly everything Musk cares about. Financially, anyway, as it’s not clear what Musk actually cares about on a personal level. But the MSM is also being sure to make Musk’s sudden problem with drugs to the fore as well, tacitly intimating that his ouster from Trump’s circle has something to do with that. In other words, Musk regrets shitting the bed as an egomaniacal drug addict.

But yes, that is totally true, though I’m not sure one thing led to another. Musk has always been weird, and his behavior and opinions since taking over Twitter which is now “X,” have been more than concerning. But let’s be clear about what the MSM isn’t talking about when it comes to how Musk regrets antagonizing Trump with some social media posts. It wasn’t his post calling for Trump’s impeachment, or his scathing criticism of the Big Beautiful bill. Suddenly, we’re not talking about Trump’s association with Jeffrey Epstein, or how Musk claimed the Epstein Files weren’t released because Trump is in them.
The MSM won’t touch it, which is interesting. Especially as the deafening silence about this and Trump’s reaction just might be confirmation of Musk’s claims. I’m guessing Musk regrets not keeping his powder dry until recognizing a better strategy. Well, drug intake depending.
