Kelsey McCarter was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to seven charges, statutory rape. She was having sex with the student in her home and car on several different occasions from January 2015- December 2015.

HUSBAND A MENTOR, WIFE A PREDATOR, PLEADS GUILTY BEFORE TRIAL

The 27 year old woman pleaded guilty before her trial even begun in exchange for receiving the minimum amount of jail time. She might have faced a 38 year sentence. The husband Justin McCarter, who was an assistant football coach at South Doyle High in Knoxville, Tennessee, invited the young man and his older brother to live with the married couple, to be a mentor to the boys who had some disciplinary issues at home and school. Note: There are no allegations of sexual abuse of the boy’s brother.

THE TWO BOYS LIVED WITH A MENTOR, BUT ONE BANGED HIS WIFE

Apparently, while the two boys lived with the couple a sexual relationship was hot and heavy between McCarter and the younger boy. They banged it out six times in her home and her car during that year. One notable sexual encounter included while she was driving him back to live with his mother. LAWYER TRIES TO DEFEND MCCARTER HOPELESSLY

In an attempt to defend McCarter, her lawyer said: “She made a mistake. She’ll move past it. She’s young, and as you saw, her family is here in support of her. Her husband is strongly supportive of her.” “She’s very sorry about what happened, she’s sorry she put her family through this. It’s tough and it will continue to be tough”

The two boys are living with their mother once again and are attending a different high school. McCarter has been in prison since October 30^th.
