A man from Palmdale, California has been accused and charged with both misdemeanor battery as well as attempted vandalism at his workplace. Those charges usually have to do with direct physical assault and destruction of property. But this is much more disturbing than your regular workplace criminal act. Stevens Millancastro is a 27-year-old who is also known by the name Stevens Millan. For some time, Millan has been allegedly ejaculating into a female coworker’s water bottle, honey bottle as well as her food. He’s also allegedly been smearing semen on her computer equipment, notably her mouse and keyboard. The vandal’s semen was all over the place.

The victim has known Millan since 2014, though we don’t yet know how long his criminal harassment has been going on. Fortunately, the woman kept noticing that her water looked “cloudy” and got rid of them each time. But the third time was the charm. She notices another cloudy bottle of water and tells her supervisor.
SURVEILLANCE CAMERA REVEALS HORRIBLE TRUTH
That leads to a surveillance camera installation in her office to get some answers. The footage shows Millan entering her office before another semen contamination took place. The DA’s office has not yet released any more information on their video surveillance evidence against Millan.

But the evidence on hand is more than sufficient to charge Millan with two misdemeanor counts of battery. He’s also being charged with three misdemeanor counts of attempted vandalism. Further, he faces a sentencing enhancement for committing crimes “for the purpose of sexual gratification.” It’s unclear what gratification would be at hand for Millan. The vandal’s semen, on video, was his undoing.
It is clear that he is a creep of the highest order. He may be in jail for 30 months and have a lifetime sex offender registration. So, keep your eyes open in the workplace. You never know what you could face from hands-on co-workers like this.
