THINGS IN MY BODY ARE MINE: INCLUDING THE BABIES
As long as something is in my body, it is mine. And people need to stop thinking they get to tell me what to do with things that grow inside my body. I know people talk about this a lot. I know it’s a hot-button topic. I know every side of this debate has been drilled into the ground. But I have an opinion. And I am a person with a uterus. So I feel like I can have my moment to talk about this too. Hands off my uterus! And keep your so-called laws away, too.

HANDS OFF MY UTERUS, KEEP YOUR LAWS AWAY
I want a baby and anybody who is surprised by this and who knows me is a fool. To be clear: it is obvious I want a baby just basically looking at me and hearing me speak and interact with basically anyone. But I think about this a lot: am I ready for a baby now. And maybe now the answer would be yes. But even one year ago the answer would have been no. And I’m glad I have never had to make the choice of whether to have an abortion or not.

But if I needed one, I needed one. And I am a living, breathing human being. I have rights. But I should have more rights than the ones I have but I will hold tight to those for now. I deserve to live and be happy. I deserve to make choices about what happens to my body. Letting a baby grow inside my body is something that only is happening to me. It is not happening to anyone else, and it is certainly not happening to any man. And it means a lot of things: letting a thing grow inside your body. You better be ready because that’s the end of your life as you know it.
And what I do with things in my body is my decision. I make poop inside my body too. You want to save my poop’s life? Go ahead and try.
