Lack of Sleep Makes Small Testicles and Ages You by Ten Years

SLEEP DEPRIVATION IMPACTS VIRILITY

Sleep is very important.  A lack of sleep impacts your immune system. According to Matthew Walker, the author of “Why We Sleep:  The New Science of Sleep and Dreams” explains that a lack of sleep is quite bad for you, especially over time.  If a man only gets five hours of sleep instead of at least 8, the effects are startling.  His testosterone levels fall to what they would be ten years older!  Lack of sleep ages you.  Men who routinely sleep less than six hours a night have significantly smaller testicles.  Sleep is the answer to help your memory and information retention.  So grab a pair, and go to sleep.

BRAIN NEEDS REBOOTING OTHERWISE LACK OF SLEEP AGES YOU SIGNIFICANTLY

Everything is better in the morning, right?  That’s because when you go to sleep your synapses fire and all the things you learned during the day get absorbed so that you can actually integrate them into your life.  A lack of sleep doesn’t allow your brain to process what you have learned.  That means your brain doesn’t learn.  It doesn’t retain new information as well.  Less sleep makes you dumber.  Aside from making your testicles much smaller, you end up stumbling around and not thinking clearly.

IMMUNE SYSTEM, CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM AND TESTICLES ALL IMPACTED

Lack of sleep also lowers your immune system significantly. Walker, a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley is the sleep expert.   There is a toxic protein in the brain experts call beta-amyloid.  It builds up in your brain while you are awake.  But sleep washes it away.  This protein is associated with Alzheimer’s and can be significantly reduced with adequate sleep.  Otherwise it builds up and ages you in more ways than one.

YOU NEED YOUR ANTICANCER FIGHTING IMMUNE CELLS, SO GO TAKE A NAP

Lack of sleep affects your reproductive system significantly (small testicles, wink, wink), your brain and your immune system.  It also deeply impacts your virility and wellness.  If you sleep about five hours a night, you will have a 70% reduction in anticancer-fighting immune cells called natural killer cells.  The World Health Organization has classified any nightshift work as a probable carcinogen. Lack of sleep also impacts your cardiovascular system.  So, work on getting your sleep.  It’s important.
