Know How Your Body Burns Fat and Avoid Obesity

Do you have a fat body? Chances are there are two answers, whether it’s obesity or being overweight. But both are very different things. Obesity is when you are overweight because fat has accumulated to excess all over your body.  But being overweight just means that you weigh more than the ideal.  There could be some fat accumulation there but it’s a big distinction.  But obesity is scarier because the obese face much higher risks of problems like gallstones, diabetes and heart disease.  All of these can be life threatening and very dangerous.  So it’s important to know how your body burns fat so you can avoid obesity.  It’s a scary word!

One can be said to be obese if you have a body mass index (BMI) above 25 kg / m2. BMI can be calculated by the formula of weight (kg) divided by height (m) squared. Abdominal circumference of more than 35″ for men and more than 31.5″ for women has also been included in the obesity category. To overcome this, you can focus on healthy eating and plenty of exercise. But first familiarize yourself with the process of burning fat deposits in your body.

FAT CELLS STORE ENERGY AND ARE OUR NATURAL RESOURCE, BUT HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?

Normally, fat cells play a role in how your body stores energy. Actually fat storage is very useful, especially when we are not eating or we need additional energy when doing strenuous activities. But unhealthy lifestyles that involve consumption of high-calorie foods with little physical activity lead to excess fat storage and eventually obesity.  When you’re obese, you have fat cells called adipocytes that don’t function normally because they release energy very slowly. This condition causes adiposopathy, which is the impaired function of fat cells which leads to metabolic disorders, including insulin resistance. Conditions like this that often make obesity difficult to overcome.  It’s like a trap.

CHANGE YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE, IT WILL CHANGE YOU AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL

But if you begin to reduce high-calorie foods and also exercise diligently, the body will burn fat in two ways.  First, the body will burn excess fat as energy. When calorie intake is reduced, the body makes stored fat cells the main fuel.  Second, the body stops expanding fat cell storage. When fat cells are empty and useless, the body will slowly absorb calories from the food we consume to use as energy. So It’s not stored as fat cells.  You stop getting fatter, and in fact get less fat.  Exercise burns fat!

FIND WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU AND DON’T CHEAT ON YOUR DIET

So the best way to reduce excess fat in the body is to regulate your diet, more specifically regulating the amount of calories you take in from food. There are several options, such as  the Keto diet, which focuses on eating fats and carbohydrates. But we will always need exercise! So be diligent and exercise at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes.

It works.  Every time.  But be sure to make sure to know all is well with your heart and consult a doctor if you are morbidly obese.
