HOMEOWNER OWNS A LOADED GUN AND IS NOT AFRAID TO PULL THE TRIGGER
Richard Dean Defeudis, from Oregon, broke into a Portland home, wielding a knife. He searched the house for valuables and went around stealing at about three in the morning. Then Defeudis went to the bedroom and took off all of his clothes. But that’s were it got spooky and weird. He then decided to snuggle up to the sleeping homeowners who were fast asleep, all while holding his knife. For some crazy reason we still don’t know, he decided to wake the sleeping man with a kiss. But that’s when it went sideways for the cuddling, kissing burglar. The sleeping homeowner kept a loaded gun nearby.

Most people like to wake up gradually. Alarms are often disturbing and it is difficult to find just the right alarm for a decent wake up. Some people like to be woken up with a kiss. Most people don’t like to be woken up with a kiss by a knife-wielding burglar at three in the morning. And most people who own a gun, will be happy that they can finally use it on a knife-wielding burglar at three in the morning. That is exactly what the homeowner did. He fired three shots and missed each time, however was able to scare this probably psycho, kissing burglar away.

So Defeudis ran as fast as he could, trying not to get shot. He managed to put his pants on in the process of all that. The homeowner was still waking up after the kiss when he realized what was happening. His three shots weren’t accurate due to still being foggy from sleep, so he missed Defeudis all three times. Police found the kissing burglar hiding in a vacant home nearby. Police then brought him to the Multnomah County Jail. He is facing charges of first and second-degree burglary, first-degree sex abuse and unlawful use of a weapon. Authorities are holding him on a $310,000 bail.
