YOU NEED SLEEP SO EAT THESE FOODS NOW TO INDUCE RELAXATION AND HELP YOU GET THE SLEEP
Sleep is important. More and more research is coming out about how lack of sleep can literally destroy your life. You can become old pretty much overnight, wrinkles all over the damn place, testicles get smaller and you end up growing hair in weird places. You can’t think clearly and tend to be more impulsive. Instead of taking some sort of synthetic drug, why don’t you simply eat yummy foods that promote rest and induce relaxation? Foods you may normally buy may be better off eaten before bed time. Like asparagus or pumpkin. And fish is great, too.
FORGET RITUALS, JUST EAT YUMMY BEEF OR TUNA
Some people have rituals before bed that help them ease into sleep. Like meditation, a nice book or a bubble bath. But what happens when you can’t fall asleep almost every night? Maybe it’s your diet. You then need to incorporate more of the foods that will actually help you get some close eye. Eating certain meats like beef is terrific for sleep since they are high in tryptophan, which essentially involves the process of making melatonin naturally. Beef also has many B vitamins that are difficult for us to access without the use of other vitamins. Another meat which is helpful is tuna it’s a high source of Omega-3 fatty acids. These yummy meats will certainly help induce relaxation.
GREAT SCOTT OR PUMPKIN, WELL IT’S THE PUMPKIN
Pumpkins are an amazing superfood, especially when it comes to sleep. Also, it’s one of those great Omega-3 foods. These kinds of foods help regulate the sleep cycle. Asparagus may make your urine smell, but it’s loaded with b vitamins, magnesium and calcium. That’s perfect for magically induced relaxation. Beets are also a terrific sleep aid and a blood cleanser. Artichokes, avocados and seaweed are also magical. So, start eating and get to sleep!
