A ginger dude, working in insurance, is unhappy with his life so does something about it. It took him ten years, but eventually he lost 91 pounds by eating right, working out and counting his steps. He avoided fad diets and instead created his own action plan. He started his days with a fasted cardio, then ate mindfully and counted his steps. But he was feeling insecure about his life before that. And this red headed dude shared some before and after pics on Instagram. He then decided to venture out and play music with a band. Gwilym got a pile of tattoos everywhere. His hairdresser at the time told him if this is what he planned on doing then he should really grow a beard, because a beard would look cool. He thought that was insane but listened and grew a big and thick ginger beard. He shared the beard growth on Instagram and thousands of users noticed him. Now he is a bearded ginger man who models and sweats his body during shoots.

He’s also been in several books, including “100 Beards” and “Red Hot”. He was officially scouted by a modeling scout when he was out and about shopping. And now he is a full-time bearded model. He’s even David Beckham’s House 999 ambassador. When Gwilym the ginger model is chilling, he plays his harmonica and reads. The dude also travels and loves it.
