AS STARS BAIL “FREEDOM 250”, TRUMP HITS TRUTHSOCIAL SAYING HE’S BIGGER EVEN THAN PRIME ELVIS
Well, it’s pretty clear at this point that Donald Trump is now completely radioactive outside of MAGA world and the mainstream media. And while that’s been increasingly true and obvious for the last year, this latest example offers an even clearer picture. You may have heard about the “Freedom 250” concert series which was marketed as a “Great American State Fair.” It’s supposed to happen on the National Mall in Washington, DC, over 16 days in July. It features (or featured) a host of musical stars, and looked like a decent, classic American good time with plenty of booze to celebrate America’s quarter millennial. But most of those musical stars just dropped out, seemingly overnight. And then Trump went nut, again, on social media and said he was bigger than Elvis.

MAJOR MUSICAL ARTISTS DEMURRED FROM FREEDOM 250 FESTIVAL AS SOON AS THEY KNEW IT WAS CONNECTED TO TRUMP
Well, actually he said he’s bigger than Elvis was when the King was in his prime! So what happened? Well, some apparent confusion on the musical stars’ end. They didn’t know that “Freedom 250” had any affiliation with Donald Trump whatsoever. It seems likely that they thought that it was being put together by America250, which is actually popular, uncontroversial, and is organizing a lot of other events all over America. But then reality hit with some clarity, and the musical stars realized that “Freedom 250” is connected to Trump who had, for some reason, been quiet about the festival. Right up until all those stars said, thanks but no thanks.

The musical stars to drop out so far include, Young MC, Morris Day, the Commodores, Bret Michaels, Milli Vanilli and Martina McBride. It’s a shame, really. But I don’t blame them at all for doing so when they realized Freedom 250 was started last year, by the Trump Administration. Oh, yeah, let’s celebrate Trump’s America and suddenly realize we have to get photographed with him! Trump didn’t handle the news well, and took to TruthSocial to pedo-rapist-mansplain his truth to us all. He said a lot, but the lede of him getting bigger crowds than prime Elvis as the solution with him replacing all those musical acts is pure vanity insanity. We’ll just have to see what’s left of Freedom 250 as June ticks on.
