Florida Burglars Call 911 For Help to Move Stolen Items

TWO FLORIDA BURGLARS CALLED 911 TO GET POLICE HELP TO MOVE STOLEN ITEMS FROM HOME

Wow!  I can’t believe I have been missing Florida, yet again!  I mean, I’ve been missing the next installment of crazy news that you can only find in the Sunshine State.  Somehow, it feels like Florida was on its way to normal crazy in recent weeks.  But rest assured, Florida is not normal and won’t be normal anytime soon!  And the latest installment of crazy news is that two Florida burglars needed help getting stuff out of a house they were, ahem, burglarizing.  So what did they do?  They called 911 to get that help, of course.  As you can imagine, they didn’t receive the help they were hoping for.

POLICE QUICKLY RECOGNIZED ONE OF THE TWO FLORIDA BURGLARS FROM OTHER CRIME SCENE FOOTAGE

For whatever reason, when the police arrived to respond to the call for help, they didn’t then actually help the man and woman Florida burglars duo move things out of the house they were stealing from.  What a pleasant surprise!  It seems that police deputies had already been searching for the male burglar after they identified him from security video.  And yes, the video was from footage of a crime that very same day, when he burglarized a Dollar Store in Poinciana, Florida.  It sure does sound like these two criminals were rather busy!

POLICE THEN HELPED FLORIDA BURGLARS WITH A RIDE TO A LOCAL HOLDING CELL

The female member of the Florida burglars duo told police that they called 911 to get help to move their belongings out of the house they were burglarizing.  But hey, they also wanted to get a ride to the airport!  It seems they had weekend plans in New York, you see.  And while responding police did help them with their belongings and did give them a ride, it wasn’t to where they wanted to go.  Their police livery service destination ended up being in a holding cell in Polk, Florida.  But I do suppose that would still be better than ending up in the Tombs in New York City.

Thanks, Florida!
