It’s being reported that a night shift manager at McDonald’s in New York City was serving more than Big Mac’s and fries. This drug dealer was busted for soliciting and selling a main course of cocaine in his Happy Meals, yes literally in the happy meals. Police caught Frank Guerrero through a three month undercover investigation.
NOT A GENIUS, GUERRERO OFFERED A NIGHT SHIFT DISCOUNT ON COCAINE
Special Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan commented “The conduct of this drug dealer was so blatant it would be comical if he weren’t committing a serious narcotics crime,” Brennan said. “Ordering coke took on an entirely different meaning on the night shift at this McDonald’s.” The genius Guerrero sold cops over $10K worth of cocaine in multiple sales out of the McDonalds at 1600 Bruckner Blvd in the Bronx. Although the restaurant only took orders through the drive through during the night shift, Guerrero allowed his ‘special’ customers to enter the main restaurant, for a happy meal officials said.
HERE, THERE, EVERYWHERE, SOLD COCAINE TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE IN MCDONALDS
He hid cocaine in a cookie bag, which was part of a two cheeseburger meal along with soda and fries. He didn’t stop there, Guerrero also took his break in order to sell over $6K worth of cocaine to an undercover agent inside the public bathroom of McDonalds. He stashed the coke inside the restroom’s soap dispenser earlier that day, officials said.
LETS GO DOWNTOWN AFTER THE NIGHT SHIFT OF COURSE
Authorities also searched the home of the drug dealer in the Pelham section of the Bronx, where they seized 200 grams of cocaine and over $5K in cash. A woman, Leidy Cabral Castillo and their 2-year-old child were inside the apartment at the time. Guerrero, who had worked at McDonald’s for eight years, was arrested at 5 a.m. Wednesday while wrapping up his shift.
Guerrero and Cabral Castillo were expected to be arraigned Wednesday night in Manhattan Criminal Court on multiple counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully dealing with a child. He also faces numerous counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
