7-YEAR-OLD BOY SURVIVES 5 DAYS ALONE IN DENSE LION HABITAT WITH NO INJURIES
Sometimes miracles really do happen. This seems to be a clear example of one, considering the details. A little over a week ago on December 27th, 7-year-old Tinotenda Pudu left his village in northwest Zimbabwe and wandered into the Matusadona National Park. BESIDES THE DENS LION POPULATION, THE BOY ALSO HAD TO AVOID ELEPHANTS AND BLACK RHINO

HEAVY RAINS DELAYED SEARCH FOR BOY, AND WHEN HE WAS FOUND HE HAD WALKED 30 MILES INTO LION HABITAT
When he went missing, the search for him was delayed due to heavy rains, which made finding him in the challenging terrain impossible. But several days after he went missing, park rangers saw human footprints which helped them narrow their search strategically. When they finally found him the next morning, he had walked roughly 30 miles into the lion’s den, literally. The young boy ate wild fruits on his adventure, and dug small holes along a dry riverbank to get fresh, underground water to drink.
