Sister of Death Row Dylann Roof Arrested, Armed in School

SISTER OF DEATH ROW DYLANN ROOF ARRESTED FOR WEAPONS, POT IN HIGH SCHOOL

So what the hell is wrong with this family?  Do you remember Dylann Roof?  Dylann is on death row for the crime of killing nine people back in 2015.  He went into a church in South Carolina and blew them away.  But now the Roof family is back in the news.  Police recently arrested Dylann’s sister Morgan at A.C. Flora High School in Columbia, South Carolina.  Police arrested Morgan Roof and charged her with bringing weapons and weed to school.  Clearly these apples came from the same tree, Old Testament style.

MORGAN ROOF OUT ON BOND, BANNED FROM SCHOOL

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott confirmed the reports. Police responded after a school administrator contacted the school resource officer, who referred it to police.  Morgan, 18, faces charges of two counts of weapon possession on school grounds.  Police also charged her with one fairly pedestrian count of possession of marijuana.  But, police said that there were no injuries.  Morgan has a bond of $5,000.  The judge also told Morgan she is not allowed to return to the school.  But it is not clear if Morgan has her own attorney and may be provided with a public defender.

MORGAN SCARED CLASSMATES WITH PRO-GUN SNAPCHAT POST

So the police investigation also found that Morgan had posted a Snapchat critical of the National School Walkout day protest of gun violence that was in response to the Parkland, Florida shooting that killed 17 people this past Valentine’s Day.  Her Snapchat reportedly alarmed her fellow students.  In response, A.C. Flora High School principal Susan Childs posted a letter to parents about what occurred.  “A student used social media to post a hateful message. The posting was not a threat, but was extremely inappropriate. That student was dealt with in a swift and severe manner as the posting caused quite a disruption.”  So keep an eye out.  These Roofs are on fire.
