On November 15, 2018, New York’s Appellate Court the First Department unanimously chastised the racist Duke Law bookworm JEFFERSON POWELL and his FINRA crony Chris Brummer, aka “Dr. Bratwurst.” The Nation Law Journal called out Chris Brummer and Jefferson Powell the “law professors who are ignorant about the law.” Our millions of readers are still awaiting Jeff Powell’s side of the story to initiate another round of lively debates… In October 2017, the fraudster Chris Brummer was sued for $100 million fraud, exposed by the Forbes Magazine.

H. JEFFERSON POWELL, aka JEFF POWELL touts himself as “returning” faculty of the Duke University School of Law. But a search beneath the ostentatious display of an obvious PR gambit is the mystery surrounding this obscure Jefferson Powell: No one knows how this controversial bookworm may have been “kicked” out of Washington. And more questions have been raised: how did Jeff Powell lure the dumb Duke Law folks into giving him a teaching job, abetting Jefferson Powell’s Confederate flag waved in the faces of Black Lives Matter activists?
Whatever got H. JEFFERSON POWELL fired from a lousy bureaucratic job in Washington isn’t necessary a secret. It could be a lifestyle choice: bullshiting students is certainly a much easier task than being held to perform in a real job.
Let’s face it: most academics are bored losers in the real world. Jefferson Powell and his mysterious cute “assistant” CAROL ABKEN may just turn into “ferocious animals” behind closed office doors just to spice up the summer heat…

In a three-year tug of war between two innocent black men fighting to clear their names and a dogged Uncle Tom – the moronic Georgetown Law Center black academic Chris Brummer, notorious as “Dr. Bratwurst” due to a bs degree in “German Opera,” Jeff Powell thrust himself into the center of a racial debate over whether the fake expert Dr. Bratwurst Chris Brummer should be exposed for his “lynching” of two black men’s pristine reputation, while Chris Brummer was paid in a moonlighting job for a FINRA NAC panel, the notorious Financial Industry Regulatory Authority National Adjudicatory Council – a rigged outfit that sets up innocent investment professionals to fail.

FINRA NAC, a notorious kangaroo court
The supposedly “independent” FINRA NAC panel curiously rules in favor of FINRA against its members 100% of the time, greater certainly than the chance of watching Jefferson Powell and Carol Abken having fantasy sex.
If you are an investment professional, you probably have a better chance of turning the Duke Law “snow white” Jefferon Powell into a black slave than winning a FINRA NAC hearing. The cards within the rotten FINRA arbitration process are stacked sky high against licensed investment professionals.
