Editor’s Note: Since this insightful article was published, the judge has declared mistrial in the Bill Cosby case. Accurately predicted!
Andrea Constand, a liar on the stand
ANDREA CONSTAND, the Bill Cosby sexual assault accuser is a liar, told in her own words under oath.
Look, Bill Cosby is a creep. Does that make him a criminal? No.
For the treehuggers, super mindless liberals and fake women’s rights activists: listen up, Andrea Constand’s fake story about Bill Cosby doesn’t add up. Andrea Constand, the “woman” with a weird ball of tornado hair is a liar.
After the first week of a brutal trial, the prosecution in the Bill Cosby case hasn’t presented any convincing evidence against Bill Cosby. The prosecution’s star witness, Canadian woman Andrea Constand was caught shitting in her pants multiple times on the stand. Here are just a few examples demonstrating that her fake story simply holds no water:
Andrea Constand: ‘Sexually assaulted,’ but went back to Cosby for more
Was it good sex or no sex at all? That’s the question many Bill Cosby watchers must answer truthfully. If a woman feels so distressed from an unwanted sexual encounter, would you believe she would come back to the attacker wanting more sex or maintaining any friendship at all with the attacker? If readers believe the hypothesis makes no common sense at all, then Constand’s story was complete bullshit.

But that’s what Andrea Constand told a Pennsylvania jury on the second day of the Bill Cosby trial: after the alleged rape by Coxby, Andrea Constant admitted she subsequently called Bill Cosby at least 57 times asking the comedian out for social events. It’s the reality TV soap opera revealed for the first time during Bill Cosby’s bizarre criminal trial in a Pennsylvania courtroom.
Cosby’s lawyers have argued that the alleged sexual encounter with Constand was consensual and have cited phone records showing she called the TV star nearly 60 times afterward, including one call several weeks after the alleged assault that lasted 20 minutes – it sure sounds like a cozy chick chat between two buddies.
Romantic dinner after the alleged ‘sexual attack’
Bill Cosby’s lawyer Angela Agrusa said that Constand, a 44-year-old former employee of the basketball program at Temple University, enjoyed romantic dinners at Cosby’s home before and after the alleged assault.
“You were sitting by the fire. The room was dark. There was a nice mood …,” Agrusa began, paraphrasing Constand’s 2005 statement to police. “The lights were dim and the fire was going,” the lawyer continued.
“I don’t really remember how dim the lights were, but I did have to eat my dinner,” Constand said.
Agrusa contended that the advances Cosby made on Constand on two occasions — touching her thigh one time, and attempting to unbutton her pants and pull down her zipper another — signaled his romantic interest. And the woman never rejected the alleged advances. She never walked away or said “No.”

Constand said she told Cosby she was not interested (after her pants were allegedly unzipped). But she didn’t stand up and leave while Bill Cosby allegedly continued with the intrusion…
“So you knew — you were alone at his home — that Mr. Cosby was interested in you romantically?” Agrusa asked.
“No, he never said a word to me.” Constand answered.
That may be true. But Constand never said “No” either.
Give us a break, woman! You had legs, you had brain, you had your freedom to walk away from a “bad situation,” you had every chance in the world to avoid putting yourself in an “unwanted position”… but you didn’t walk away! You stuck around, you enjoyed it, you enjoyed Bill Cosby’s company, his generosity, his romance and most likely, his money!
Andrea Constand: changed dates, Lies told the police
Grilled in the hot seat, Andrea Constand admitted she had “changed her story” about when exactly the alleged Cosby rape happened — in order to match up with phone records, lawyers for Cosby charged.

Andrea Constand, now 44, originally told police in Cheltenham, Pa., that she was drugged and molested by Cosby at his Elkins Park home on March 16, 2004, about two months after she now claims the assault occurred. She provided that date during a Jan. 18, 2005, interview with cops.
“You were trying to get your dates straight, weren’t you, before you spoke to police?” Cosby lawyer Angela Agrusa lashed into Constand on cross-examination.
Phone records showed Constand had placed nearly 10 calls to various friends the night of March 16 – while she said she had lost consciousness after taking Cosby’s pills.
“So, at the very same time you claimed to be unconscious, you were on the phone, making multiple phone calls to Sherry Williams and Warren Chambers?” asked Bill Cosby’s lawyer.
“No, those calls were because Warren Chambers had asked me to deliver salt products to Mr. Cosby and his wife,” Constand explained.
“But you weren’t drugged that night,” Agrusa pressed.
Constand replied, “That’s right.”
Four days later, Constand changed her story and told police she believed the sexual assault happened between mid-January and mid-February 2004.
“So once you got hold of your phone records and realized you could not have been passed out and unconscious, you changed your story,” Cosby’s lawyer challenged.

Speaking publicly about the alleged 2004 assault for the very first time, Constand described how she passed out after Cosby gave her three blue pills. But phone records revealed she was placing at least 10 calls while she was “unconscious.”
Constand also testified that she was “really confused” and “had a lot running through my mind” when she first reported the assault to police in 2005.
Yeah, right! Another made up case of a woman who “conveniently” forgot about her most miserable night in life… Unless she loved the sex? Or the alleged sexual assault never happened.
FRAUD, EXTORTION, AMBULANCE CHASING LAWYERS
Almost a year after Andrea Constand said she had been sexually harassed by Bill Cosby in Pennsylvania, she repeated the fake story to cops in Canada while Cosby was performing in Toronto. Constand went to the Canadian police when she was flat ass broke, only after consulting a “personal injury lawyer” about extorting Cosby.
For those who may not be familiar with the “personal injury” lawyer types: those are the cockroaches feeding off the bottom of the barrel, abuzz with depravity, making a living intimidating business people and their insurance companies.
One example is a mysterious NICOLE GUERON, an ambulance chasing wild pussy cat rumored as Mrs. Dr. Bratwurst, the phony professor CHRIS BRUMMER‘s mudshark.
NICOLE GUERON is a middle-aged “woman” from the tiny New York law firm Clarick Gueron Reisbaum LLP, also a racist rookie, known as a hired gun for sale.
Americans are smart and many can see through the smokescreen. Money and greed are at the center of the Bill Cosby case.
If Cosby were an indigent dude from Cameroon or Kenya, readers may assume this entire case would not have happened. If there is no money, then there is no honey. But Bill Cosby, on the other hand, is a $500-million-dollar man – the textbook definition of a sugar daddy and a real juicy target.
Sure, the jury has the final say. The folks sitting on the jury will hear all the evidence and determine Cosby’s fate. I think the jury is smart.

“If the story doesn’t fit, you must acquit,” appears to be the right jury instruction from the judge. There is so much bullshit in the world and so many lies told by desperate gold diggers looking for money and tabloid sensation from successful people. Andrea Constand is a prime example of a human being feeding off a self-made, rich man’s misfortune.
No, Ms. Andrea Constand, you are absolutely NOT hot with that ball of hair grown out of a fuzzy beehive. Andrea Constand is a damn liar and she deserves absolutely nothing.
