ARIZONA SATANISTS COMMITTED TO CLEAN HIGHWAYS TO HELL
A group of worshipers who set their belief system based on the devil started The Church of Satan in 1966. It is largely an American experience. Social media is how Satanists share their religion. But one group of Satanists in Arizona, called The Satanic Temple of Arizona, may be breaking other people’s understanding of Satanist practices. When envisioning what a people who practice this religion do, many would perceive worship involving all sorts of fun nonsense. But if you assumed they don’t like a clean highway, you’d be wrong. These Satanists are so committed to clean highways that they asked to adopt a highway and are getting members out and about to keep up with the trash.
SATANISTS BEGGED FOR A ROAD TO KEEP CLEAN, ADOPT A HIGHWAY
One satanist group member by the name of America Curl recently called the state department of transportation to see if several group members could volunteer to do a decent cleanup near Casa Grande. So she basically begged them for a portion of a road to care for. She said, “I just want to clean up a highway. Please give me a highway to clean up, and they said fine”. Who wouldn’t want someone volunteering their time making our roads nicer? So, all they had to do was fill out a form and pay a fee to clean that stretch of highway. And now they have a beautiful sign, under the “adopt a highway” sign. It reads, “The Satanic Temple Arizona”. These Satanists are a proud sponsor and intend on keeping up with their cleaned highway.
