This is a general notion but it never ceases to amaze me how people are barely aware of their own physical existence and how little significance they give to their bodies. With all the unhealthy junk food surrounding us, we’ve forgotten what it means to eat well. No, that doesn’t mean that you need to keep a strict diet in order to be healthy, but you do need a variety of products in your system in order to get all the nutrients you require.
